Henry

We can't tell you how much we love Henry! From being on death's door when we found him, to being extremely scared and skittish, to settling into a sweet, affectionate, playful loving member of his foster family, Henry is just THE BEST.

His sweet face might be a bit world-weary (he’s had some rough times, after all!), but don’t be fooled by the sourpuss countenance! Henry is an absolute sweetheart, always ready or a pet or a head scratch. And we do mean always. His appetite for affection is second only to his appetite for, well, food. (But he’s not at all aggressive about it — he’ll just stand near you or do a lot of rubbing against your legs.)

Henry’s not much of a troublemaker. He enjoys some good playtime when prompted but Henry’s a bit of a homebody and quite content to enjoy the comforts of a warm bed and a warm human. It takes a bit for him warm up to new people and places, but if you’re looking for a friendly, chill sweetheart, you’ll be hard pressed to find a sweeter or more chill buddy than Henry once he settles in.
